Q2. Is there a face-to-face option for the Management Courses?

Ans. At this time, the Management courses are delivered via e-learning for a number of reasons. Every student proceeds on a unique journey according to their personal and professional needs. There are hundreds of elective hours available and some courses will be more relevant than others to you right now. You will decide which courses to take, in which order you'll take them and when specifically you will participate in each course. Also, as coaching is process, coach training is a process for integration and sustainability. This this level, weekly reinforcement and refinement will be necessary. Q3. What forms of payment do you accept?

Ans. Unless indicated otherwise, all quoted fees are in INR. We accept major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Net banking transfers.
For International payments, our payment gateways will use exchange rates applicable on the same day.



Activation Key


Q1. How do I get an activation key?

Ans. If you have purchased our products from website then you will receive activation key by Mail or SMS. If you have not received an activation key from us, contact our customer service department (+91 8080 972 972).
If you have not purchase Management courses from our website, please visit our Courses page to select desired course.


Q2. My activation key isn't working. How do I get it to work?

Ans. We provide Alpha numeric key of 8 characters to activate your subscription. Eg: 3xc0TRur We've discovered that in most cases, a simple mistype of a letter, for example, using the letter "O" instead of the number "0" can often be the cause of a key not working. To avoid errors, you can copy and paste your activation key while activation. Q3. I have lost my activation key. How do I get a new one?

Ans. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team using the Contact us form. They should be able to give you a new one if your subscription is valid / active at that time.


Q4. Though I have entered my activation key, still it's asking me for activation key.

Ans. You have to check your system's current date, if current date is tempered then set it again, then close the application & start it again. It will run smoothly.


Q5. Do I need to enter the Activation key every time launching the video player?

Ans. When you try to log in the first time, activation dialogue box will ask you for your activation key.



Access Subscription


Q1. How long a subscription would remain valid?

Ans. Per The Corporate Coach terms and condition, each of your subscription is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. To renew your subscription, please contact our Customer Service department using the Contact us form or by calling 8080 972 972.


Q2. Can I access my subscription to watch videos from any other device, or am I limited to a single computer or handheld device?

Ans. You can access your subscription to watch videos from the registered computer or handheld device. However, you can purchase additional access for your second device by contacting our Customer Service team using the Contact us form. In case current device is compromised or completely failed to start, please contact our Customer Service department using the contact us form or by calling 8080 972 972. Our team will deactivate old device and key associated with it. A new key will issued for the fresh device and will be valid through subscription period.


Q3. My organization provides me subscription for Management Courses and I'm trying it for the first time. What do I do now?

Ans. You will receive an email with instructions on your registered email id, if purchase is processed though our website. If you don't receive an email from our end, contact Customer Service at contact@thecorporatecoach.co.in or +91 8080 972 972.
For offline purchases, please contact Customer Service at contact@thecorporatecoach.co.in or 8080 972 972 and share your details. Our team will validate your subscription and share course material in desired format.


Q4. Can I save these videos?

Ans. Post purchasing subscription on website, you can download courses and associated videos from the website on most Windows and Android devices. We support Windows 7, Windows 10, Android version 5.1 and above.
